Breach of Terms and Conditions of Use

- My Executor Box, our logos and our other registered and unregistered trademarks are trademarks of Executor Services Limited We give no permission for the use of these trademarks, and such use may constitute an infringement of our rights. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the prior written permission of Executor Services Limited.

Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Scots law. You and we both agree that the courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of England or Wales, you may also bring proceedings in England or Wales.
- If you access this Site from locations outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.
