Yes, we provide the facility to invite up to 5 executors or power of attorneys

Once we have been contacted by your solicitor, will writing professional, estate planner  and / or executor, we check they have rights to access your executor box and then release the information held after providing the death certificate. However, you can select to grant immediate access to your executors where information is already accessible and therefore no death certificate is required.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant and protects sensitive payment information. The access to your executor box is controlled by you. You give your executor access immediately or on death. The information listed within your executor box is a read only facility so there is no access to your accounts and funds cannot be moved.

Do you Have a Will?

Although not a requirement for My Executor Box we strongly recommend you arrange a will to ensure your wishes are carried out and your chosen beneficiaries benefit. Don't leave your estate to the rules of intestacy (no will). We can recommend a solicitor to arrange your will. Click below to request a local solicitor contacts you.
